END of an ERA

Between the summer of 2006 and the summer of 2007 REFLEX, FLEXIT and CHARDEC were all aquired by IMDEX Ltd., a drilling products and services company based in Perth, Western Australia.

These aquisitions brought the era of owner/managers in these companies to an end and provided an improved basis for consolidation, development and expansion of the various survey instruments within these companies.
